If at any time during the life of our braided leather products, the braiding should come apart, an accessory should fall off, a snap should break, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you. 

Simply call us for an RO number and ship it back to us for repairs. (Please call for a RO number first).   We will repair or replace it and ship it back to you.  At our discretion we may choose to send the replacement piece and instructions as to where or how to get it installed.    

Leather will wear out over time and will break under distress. This is normal wear and tear and is not covered under our workmanship guarantee.   We cannot replace a product that was damaged by a person, an animal or damage from misuse or un-designed use.

Due to the uniqueness of our custom accessories such as artesian beads, Conchos's, etc., these items are not covered against loss or breakage under this warranty.  However we will do our best to assist you with replacement of the piece at a reasonable cost and will be happy to install it for you at no charge.  

On occasion, we do purchase items for resale from other companies. The warranty / guarantee on these products are limited to the warranty offered by the manufacture. We will be happy to assist you with processing that warranty or guarantee.   If there is no warranty, we will repair or replace that item at no cost to you for up to six (6) months from purchase.

We reserve our limit of obligation under this warranty to the purchase price or replace cost of our product, whichever is lower. We will repair or replace it as determined by us.

Custom orders must be paid for before we make them.  As with all our Braided Leather products,  We will honor our Lifetime Warranty on our workmanship.  If you request a special or specific snap, accessory or modification, (outside or normal  product line) these are limited to a 6 month guarantee. 

Returns:  If you select a product and wish to return it  for any reason other than a defect, such as wishing a different color, Change of mind etc.  They can be returned for a store credit, less shipping cost.   (All custom handmade products, such as name collars or with specific can only be returned for defective reasons)   Returns must be made within 15 days of purchase.  Returned item must be in new condition and pre-approved before sending them to us.  If approved, The products are subject to shipping costs.

Color Disclaimer

Color may vary by leather lot and availability. The colors shown are close and best examples of colors we regularly use. Each hide dye lot is slightly different. We will do our best to match our display photo's, rarely do we have an issue as we try to keep photo's current. However, if you receive a leash and the color isn't what you wish you may contact us for a store credit return for another color, provided the leash has not been used. We will do our best to accommodate you.
